Emergency & Storm Response

Emergency tree work for fallen, damaged and unstable trees across North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

Emergency Tree Work for Storm Damaged and Unsafe Trees

Storms, high winds and tree failure can leave trees damaged, unstable or partially fallen. Hi Tech Trees provides emergency tree work for fallen trees, broken limbs and trees where structural damage may present an immediate risk.

Our qualified arborists and experienced crews assess what has failed and determine how the damaged tree can be dealt with safely. With climbers, machine operators and equipment including travel towers, excavators, loaders, chippers and tipper trucks, we have the capability to handle everything from fallen branches through to large and complex tree failures.

Emergency and storm damaged tree work is prioritised according to the condition of the tree and the risk it presents.

IMPORTANT

What Actually Matters Right Now

  • Keep everyone clear. People, pets and cars, away from the tree and anywhere it could still move.

  • Leave it alone. A tree that's already failed is often still under tension somewhere. Cutting into it yourself is one of the most common ways people get hurt after a storm, not during it.

  • Powerlines change everything. If the tree is touching or near a line, stay well back and call your electricity provider as well as us.

  • A photo helps, if it's safe to take one. It means we can bring the right gear on the first trip instead of a second one.

Qualified Arborists

Each job is assessed and led by a qualified arborist, so decisions around pruning, removal and access are based on the tree, its condition and its surroundings.

Fully insured

Comprehensive public liability insurance is maintained for the work we undertake, providing appropriate protection for your property and those working on site.

The right equipment for the job

Different trees and sites require different approaches. Equipment is selected to suit the tree, access, surrounding structures and the safest way to complete the work.

Decades of Experience

More than 25 years of experience informs how we assess each job, considering tree condition, site constraints and potential risks before determining the best approach.
